Foot Care: For Cracked Feet: Soak them in the 2tsp coconut oil, for ½hr. Dry lightly and rub with pumice stone. Repeat for 3 days. For dry skin and cracked feet: Ingredients: 100ml neem oil 50g Beeswax Method: Heat beeswax and neem oil until the mixture melts. Remove from heat and allow it to cool. Store in a bottle and use whenever required for dry skin or cracked feet. Note: if Neem oil is not available use pure coconut oil instant. To remove itching, eczema and burns on a tender skin make a home-made cream. Method: Take 100gm pure ghee and freeze it. Remove from freezer and add 200gm water. Put in a blender and blend it. Filter in a thin muslin cloth. Repeat this process adding 200ml fresh water every time, until the ghee turns into butter and loses its stickiness. This butter can be stored in a bottle for 40 days and used for all kinds of rashes. Note: This paste is poisonous and should not be eaten in any form. Quick Foot Fix 1. First soak your feet in warm water mixed with some sea salts. Then rub off the dead skin with Pumice stone. Put all the 3 essential oils in it. Now soak your feet up to ankles for as long as like. After that take them out of water and dry them thoroughly.
