Acupressure: Is a method of applying pressure to certain areas or nerves. It is one of the safest, simplest and remarkably effective methods for relief from pain and other common ailments. The effectiveness and efficiency of the technique has been tested and proven over the centuries in the East. Whereas, in the west it is now, that this technique has been acknowledge.
It can be easily learned and practiced at home. When properly applied it can give relief to a number of varies common ailments such as arthritis, headaches, migraines, hemorrhoids, menstrual cramps, impotency, frigidity, back problems, constipation, hypertension, anxiety, asthma, sore throat, sinuses trouble, toothache, obesity and many more.

Acupressure is a way to prevent old age and maintain youthfulness. All the organs situated in the front part of the body such as eyes, heart, stomach etc. are (according to therapy) situated on the palms or soles and the points which are connected with the organs on the back are situated on the back of the palms or on the upper side of the soles, e.g. spinal cord etc.
Chetana: ‘The Current of Life.’ All points on both your palms are up to 1” below wrist control the current of life Chetana), as taught by Rishis. For the treatment of any disease or organ, pressure is to be applied for 1 minute on each point which is paining when pressed and this has to be repeated 3 times a day. This treatment has to be continued till the pain on these points subsides.

The pressure on the fingers and toes are Mundras, which cure and have beneficial effect on the body. Arthritis can be treated by some of the Mudras such as Vaayu Shaamak (Vaayu decreasing mudra). According to Ayurveda the arthritic pains are caused by the increase of vaayu (wind) in the body, so to reduce it pressure is put on specific points on the fingers and form the mudras. (see mudras).

One of the common causes, for infertility is that of acute acidity which adversely affects the longevity of the productive sperm. 2. The other possible cause includes irregular destructive lifestyle and stressful situations that can affect sexual potency. 3. Emotional disturbance caused by excessive consumption of alcohol. 4. Even diabetes can cause impotency and infertility. There are important acupressure points of the liver, kidney and spleen, which when pressed can cure infertility.

The noticeable changes may be the breath and heart rate slow down and blood pressure drops but person stays wide awake, relaxed and alert Most effective way is to take a balanced nutritious and well - regulated diet, moderate exercise and adequate sleep and rest. Avoid excess physical and mental strain and undue exposure to the elements like sun and dust. Combine this with a sensible skin care routine and high thinking.
