1. Exercise gives oxygen and blood to your skin. Just 20 minute exercise three times a day is recommended.
2. Eating right, exercising regularly, and drinking water to cleanse the system leads to successful weight loss and maintenance of health.
3. Have plenty of water: Water provides means for the nutrients to travel to all the organs. This enforces the immunity cells. So drink 8 (13.8 oz) cups a day, for male and 9 cups for a female. It regulates body temperature. It also transport oxygen to our cells, protects our joints and organs. Removes waste from our bodies. Water taken in sufficient quantity can also delay the onset of high blood pressure. It prevents overeating, as drinking water makes you feel full. To complement every day diet, mineral water gives you essential minerals.
Hot waterwhen slipped slowly, cleans the stomach, relieves heartburn, acute indigestion, vomiting and cramps in the abdomen.
Drinking Hot water: This dilates the stomach and intestines and speeds up gastric emptying, which is helpful in indigestion and constipation. It soothes and dilates the respiratory tract and lungs and helps in easy expectoration of phlegm. Hot water, however, should not be had by patients who complain of bleeding from the throat, nose, lungs and stomach.
Drinking Cold water: If you gulp down cold water, it stimulates the secretion of digestive enzymes and strengthens stomach muscles. It could lead to hypothermia.
Your immune system works as the police department, constantly sending cells, peptides, and immunoglobulin proteins. They try to fight back the invading bacteria, viruses, and other microbes. But constant respiratory infections keep mutating, making difficult for our bodies’ defense system to target and destroy them.

4. Boost your metabolism by Fasting: Wrong choice of food can throw our digestive system out of gear. A sluggish digestive system is responsible, for all diseases, and fasting is one way to strengthen it.
We abuse our digestive system in 4 ways.
Quality of food we eat-i.e. food packed with preservatives-which increases the chances of unnatural cell division within the body.
Quantity- we eat more than necessary if the food is of your taste.
Wrong combination of food: At parties we eat, in a short time of span, a wide variety of food, confusing our limited number of digestive enzymes. We also consume wrong food combination e.g. non-veg with milk products, and heavy junk food with cold beverages.
We eat when we have time, although our digestive enzymes are released according to our body clock. Digestion is difficult in the absence of these enzymes.
According to Ayurveda when food is ingested, only some of it becomes Rasa and gets absorbed by the body, the rest is either excreted, or it stagnates and starts rotting in the body after a certain time. It is this Aamras that is responsible for disease, it works as an antigen, triggering our immune system, leading to disease with unknown etymology such as psoriasis, allergies, and rheumatoid arthritis. Ayurveda prescribes fasting to get rid of this toxic Aamras. Natural way to treat 'Sour Throat' with medication from Ayurveda pharmacy. You should fast once in six days, by eating one eight of your normal diet, or going on a liquid diet for a day. During this time your enzymes will be able to act on the food left stagnating in your body for the past 5 days.
Recommendations for Breaking the fast is as important as keeping the fast.
Your first meal should be chawal ka pani or rice water.
The second of watery kichhdi, made with dal and very little rice.
The third should be light kichhdi with equal amount of dal and rice.
The fourth, a thicker version of the same.
Your normal daily food should be your fifth meal.
Your energy does not depend on how much you eat, but on how you are digesting your food.
Fasting is a good way to boost your metabolism. A variety of herbs and spices are used in Ayurveda and home remedies. Bed time thought Tomatoes: Obesity is the cause of many illnesses. *Tomatoes help treat obesity. Two ripe tomatoes, taken in the morning, instead of a breakfast for a few months, is a safe method of weight reduction, while keeping you supplied with necessary nutrients. *Fresh tomato juice mixed with a pinch of salt & pepper, when taken in the morning is considered an effective remedy for morning sickness, sluggishness, excessive gas formation and diarrhea due to indigestion. *Eating a couple of tomatoes at bedtime, in the morning it will help relieve constipation, due to fiber content in Tomatoes. *Being an excellent source of potassium, it is advised to eat in case of vomiting and diarrhea, which drains the body of essential potassium salts.
Corona Virus - Covid 19 There is no medicine, yet found for this virus except to prevent yourself from coming in connect with it. Thus, the lockdown in all the countries throughout the world. The people during this long stay at home and social distance are facing certain problems. With heavy food and inactivity people can get irritated and bored. They can suffer from the following - 1. Stomach problem which is the main cause of many ailments. 2. Anxiety & Fear 3. Mental tension - depression 4. Untimely sleeping hours- Schedule your sleeping hours. Keep your sleeping clock going. A lot of suggestions have been given by doctors and Ayurvedic experts to overcome these problems. Some of them I have been following and got good results. So, I want to share mine experience with my viewers. During this lockout you have sufficient spare time to study yours and your partners habits and compromise and enjoy each other's company. This will overcome your irritation and boredom. Persue your favorite hobbies which you not had time to do so far. Head Massage: Start your scalp massage at the hair line at the nap of the neck. 1. Massage – i) Grip the scalp firmly with the fingertips of both hands and, drawing the fingers together and apart with a slow pinching movement as you push up towards the crown of the head bring the circulation to the scalp. ii) Repeat 2 to 3 times and then move the fingertips to the hairline above the ears, again pinch up to the crown. iii) Then start from the front hairline and push backwards. This movement causes little actual scalp friction and is inclined to come out easily, and all conditions requiring scalp stimulation. This good for brain health Symtoms of disease seems to be cold, cough, fever and in next stage - irritation, inflamation with red eyes and tongue. Your food should be light during stay at home, to stay fit. According to Ayurveda, you can check if you have coronavirus or not. *Take a deep breath and try to hold your breath for 20 secs. If you can do it, you are not affcted with any virus.
Yoga is best remedy for coronavirus. You should do yoga exercises , streching and strengthening exercises for 1/2 hour every mornng. To practice relaxing deep breathing: *Sit with your back straight, lie on your back or stand. Keep your tongue touching the roof of your mouth and hold it there for the entire exercise. Exhale through your mouth, then close your lips and (i) Inhale quietly through your nose to a count of 4. (ii) Stop and hold your breath for a count of 8. (iii) Exhale audibly through your mouth to a count of 7 Repeat steps ( i) through (iii) four times., then breathe normally. Keep in mind that while speed is important in stimulating breathing, in relaxing breathing, the timing ratio of inhaling to exhaling is more important than speed. Put on mask and maintain distance from your relatives at home too. Wash your hands ith soap thoughly and frequently. 1. Do gargles with warm water and salt, twice. 2. Wash your hands after every 2 hours, and specially before eating 3. For sore throat - 2 clove (longe) spice crush it and make paste with honey. Keep it in a small container and lick it a little thrice a day. * Take a tumbler of warm water with 1/2 tsp lime juice, take a few sips of it during the day. *Put 1tsp ajwan and 3-4 leaves of mint in water and boil the water. Inhale steam of it. *Take Haldi milk , with a pinchof black pepper powder, to boost your immunity.
Arthritis can be treated by some of the Mudras such as Vaayu Shaamak (Vaayu decreasing mudra). According to Ayurveda the arthritic pains are caused by the increase of vaayu (wind) in the body, so to reduce it pressure is put on specific points on the fingers and form the mudras. The yoga poses and mudras can be synchronized with classical dance poses and mudras. To achieving your goal you should have a flexible healthy body. Mudras, Postures, eye exercises and facial exercises go to make you graceful and beautiful. Besides it, the breathing exercises attribute a lot to a healthy and beautiful body. You should be mentally as well physically healthy.
