Chocolate cream pie in cups: Ingredients: 8 (9oz) mini cups For Crust: 8 Chocolate Biscuit, crushed or (8-10 Marie Biscuits, crushed + 2tbsp drinking cocoa + 2tbsp Castor sugar) 1tbsp sugar 5tbsp/ 3½oz butter For Filling: Make Chocolate Cream Pudding from 3.4oz Packet according to instructions. For Cream decoration: 8oz whipping cream, whipped to peaks, (whip the cream on low speed for 1mt. then whip on medium speed for 2 more minutes) 1 ½Tbsp sugar Method: 1. Make the crust by crushing biscuits thoroughly add sugar and melted butter with hand whisk or by hand to form a moist crust. 2. With 2tbsp of the crust, line the bottom of each cake. 3. On the crust layer put 1tbsp whipped cream layer to cover the crust. Now put 3tbsp chocolate cream pie over the cream, followed by th crust layer. 4. Now decorate with the whipped cream. Sprinkle the crust over the top.
